Q) Why can’t I check out?

A) If you are not able to fully check-out, please go back to your cart and make sure you have at least $20 worth of munchies.

 

Q) Why can’t I select delivery?

A) This may be happening for a couple of different reasons. One, please make sure your zip code is included underneath the Areas We Serve tab. Another reason may be because we require a $20 minimum for delivery.

 

Q) When will I receive my Munchies?

A) All of our Munchies go out the Wednesday after you place your order. Please allow 2 business days for them to get to you.

 

Q) How long do the Munchies stay fresh for?

A) Upon arrival, please place your Munchies in the refrigerator. We recommend keeping them there for 5-6 days.

 

Q) Can I put these in the freezer?

A) Yes! Upon arrival, if you do not plan to consume your Munchies promptly, please place in the freezer for up to one month.

 

Q) Do you provide macros?

A) Yes! Every one of our Munchies include the calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat content next to each product.

 

Q) Can you heat these up?

A) Absolutely! Depending on the strength of your microwave, go ahead and put them in for about 7-12 seconds.

 

Q) I have severe allergies, can I still eat your Munchies?

A) All of our products have key allergens listed next to each product. However, as all of our treats are made in a common kitchen, we ask that you use your best judgment upon consumption.

 

Q) Do you use any added preservatives in your products?

A) Absolutely not! We take great pride in our Munchies being free of any added chemicals, preservatives, and being soy free!
